Description
Upon completing this course, you will have gained a Level 3 Award in Teaching & Education, which is the equivalent to Training for Trainers and PTTLS.
The full course duration is 20-25 hours home study, and you will be allocated 3 months to complete the course from the initial enrolment. Should you need more time, extensions may be purchased for £25 per month.
Upon completing this course, you will be able to easily discern between the different learning styles, be able to plan and design your own training courses, be able to run and supervise a training session, be able to check that your training is working, and that learning has occurred to the highest level. In addition to this, you’ll know how to build your own bespoke manual, and what material should be in them, and much more!
